Hello!
Welcome to my ECE portfolio!
Born and raised in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, I'm a Colorado local studying Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder.
While I may not have the full experience of the real world just yet, I'm working to build my technical and professional skillset to enhance my ability to help others. Through the use of cutting-edge technology and the engineering design process, I hope to leave a positive impact on our world for generations to come.
My Story.
Changing Pixels and switching a TV source. Gently pressing down a button to fade out the color on the TV from the Blu-ray player to Teen Nick. Who knew something so simple could be so interesting? All of those HDMI cables and TV boxes- anyone else would just see a headache, where, as a kid, I saw a brand-new playground. Growing up, I've always loved to explore and learn about the various technologies of our world. Intrigued to get a deeper understanding of how those intricate systems work, while simultaneously sharing my knowledge with others, I always engulfed myself in the "I wonder what this does?" mentality. Whether it was the Family Technician or just a kid who knew how to use keybinds on a laptop, I was always there to learn and figure things out! Entering my high school years, the motto, "Who do I want to become?" emerged as my guiding light. Finding a way to spin my spontaneous love for technology into a structured college major just kept seeming impossible. That was until my final year of high school, when I completed my senior capstone. "SHERPA! Your one-stop shop for all things pathway related at Green Mountain High School!" Being able to watch my hand-developed project work to combat a school-wide problem, I felt the true power of the engineering design process flow through my veins. "Follow a specific set of broad guidelines, and anyone can positively impact a multitude of individuals." The title of ENGINEER seemed to be the only viable path forward. Soon enough, my freshman year of college rolled around, and I got thrown right back into the fire. Designing an altered version of Chutes and Ladders, assisting those with motor disabilities, I once again got hands-on experience building alongside the engineering design process. After displaying our group's polished final game prototype to the judges at our design expo, my initial belief was only reaffirmed: Becoming an Engineer is my purpose in this world. As I continue along my college years and well into my future career, I hope to harness and refine my skills to build solutions to our world's problems. Utilizing my toolbelt of engineering skills, it's my dream to one day look back and feel the legacy I've left in my footsteps!
Education
2024-2028
Undergraduate in ECE
University of Colorado Boulder

Developing and learning what it means to become an Electrical and Computer Engineer. Through this degree, I will have completed a multitude of projects to hone the topics that I've learned in the classroom. To this point, whether it be prototyping Chutes and Ladders or modifying an old Razor E325 scooter, I've gotten to partake in some real-world experience involved in an engineering project. In addition to developing my technical skills, I've gotten a chance to further refine my interpersonal skills. While it might come as a secondary skill, constantly meeting new faces forces me to consistently learn and adapt.
2020-2024
High School Diploma
Green Mountain Highschool

Obtaining the preliminary soft skills and building blocks needed for a college education. Throughout my diploma, I tried a slew of different activities and electives. Whether it be the Alto Saxophone, 2nd Base for the JV baseball team, National Honor Society, or my STEM Capstone, I built the necessary habits needed for University. Through a diverse workload and proper time management, I prepared to take on the vast challenges that my next stage of life would throw at me.
